If the law of attraction is about anything at all, it is about practice. It isn’t easy to keep one’s mindset positive and clear. When someone curses at work or someone cuts another off in traffic, it is easy to let that frustration bubble. It is also easy to get distracted by the hustle and bustle of life and realize there were goals that needed to be achieved in the first place.
Back to square one. Most law of attraction visualization tools focus on consistency and practice as a means to keep things at the forefront of the mind. They are reminders and tools to make sure that, despite the craziness of life, these goals remain in some kind of focus.
Smartphones, Backgrounds, and Creating Alerts
Smartphones can be wonderful and they can be downright sinister, and all of that has to do with how they are used. If someone kept track of how many times they looked to their phone, they would be shocked. Why not harness the phone as a visualization tool of a different clock. Owners can change the background to something they can be motivated by. They can also set up calendar alerts. These do not have to be based around a goal for the day. Alerts of any kind can be made and set to appear whenever it matters.
Start the Day by Writing
Grab a coffee and write. Actually write. Not on a computer. Not on a cell phone. Write on a good old-fashioned piece of paper. It is such an obvious way to visualize goals but to also confirm that they are being said in the head and reflected on paper. Things have a tendency to fade when they are not actually written out.
30 Day Reflection
Reflect on goals and progress at the end of any month. Use the end of the month as an opportunity to get reacquainted with what mattered at the beginning of the month, and reevaluate as needed.
As powerful as the law of attraction is, it can be mixed in the shuffle of the day-to-day. Do not let this happen. Use reminders, alerts, friends, and other tools to visualize growth.
